JPPMI publishes scholarly reports of community-based programs that begin with an identified need and present a clear intervention, systematic evaluation, measurable outcomes, critical reflection, and implications for sustainability. Multidisciplinary submissions are considered when community engagement or community development remains the central contribution.

Scope Requirement

Conventional research without a substantive community-engagement, empowerment, or development component is outside the journal's scope and may be declined during initial editorial screening.
