Penguatan Keterampilan Profesional Guru melalui Pelatihan Penyusunan Bahan Ajar Digital

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan literasi digital guru melalui pelatihan penyusunan bahan ajar berbasis teknologi yang kontekstual dan aplikatif sesuai kebutuhan pembelajaran di Sekolah Terpadu Kelurahan Pacinongan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pelatihan partisipatif berbasis pendampingan (participatory training and mentoring) yang dilaksanakan secara luring (tatap muka langsung) di Sekolah Terpadu Kelurahan Pacinongan. Metode ini menekankan keterlibatan aktif peserta dalam seluruh tahapan kegiatan, mulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan teknis, praktik pembuatan media, hingga evaluasi hasil karya. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kompetensi dan literasi digital guru melalui pelatihan yang sistematis dan berbasis pendampingan dalam penyusunan bahan ajar digital. Guru mampu menghasilkan bahan ajar berbasis teknologi yang kontekstual dan aplikatif yang relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik serta memperkuat budaya inovatif di lingkungan Sekolah Terpadu Kelurahan Pacinongan. Rekomendasi selanjutnya sekolah perlu membentuk tim penggerak inovasi digital yang berperan dalam pendampingan, berbagi praktik baik, serta memastikan hasil pelatihan terimplementasi secara optimal dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas.
