Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang dapat dicegah. Pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga (IRT) melalui peningkatan pengetahuan tentang makanan bergizi seperti ikan merupakan salah satu intervensi yang sudah terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan kejadian stunting pada anak usia 6-59 bulan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan komunitas IRT melalui workshop penyusunan menu harian bergizi berbasis pangan lokal ikan untuk mencegah stunting di Desa Penyabangan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui workshop dengan tema “gizi cerdas anak sehat”. Kegiatan berlangsung di Kantor Balai Riset dan Penyuluhan Perikanan Gondol, melibatkan 20 IRT dari kelompok Poklaksar Ainun dan Bahagia. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, serta praktik merancang menu harian berbahan ikan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-posttest untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta yang signifikan, dengan rata-rata skor meningkat dari 47% pada pre-test menjadi 95% pada post-test (peningkatan rerata jawaban benar sebesar 9,6 poin). Seluruh peserta menyatakan puas dan sangat puas terhadap pelaksanaan workshop. Kegiatan ini berhasil membekali IRT dengan keterampilan praktis dalam mengolah pangan lokal (ikan) menjadi menu bergizi sebagai upaya preventif stunting di tingkat keluarga.workshop. Untuk memberikan kontribusi yang lebih luas terhadap penurunan stunting, maka disarankan untuk menyelenggarakan workshop secara berkala  serta memperluas sasaran ke desa- desa lainnya.
