Peningkatan industri menimbulkan dampak signifikan terhadap lingkungan. Disisi lain, seluruh negara menggalakkan penanganan limbah industri untuk mewujudkan SDGs. Kebijakan pemerintah dalam mewujudkan green economy dalam mendukung peningkatan industri dan penanganan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan menjadi beban finansial bagi UKM. Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan keuangan hijau serta implementasi green manufacturing dalam mendukung terwujudnya green economy. Hasil preliminary study menunjukkan UKM belum memiliki pengetahuan dan wawasan dalam pengajuan green finance. Pengabdian dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi masalah UKM dengan memfokuskan pada dua konsep yaitu, pertama, edukasi bagi UKM dalam persiapan pengajuan green finance. Kedua, penerapan proses produksi ramah lingkungan. Sesuai dengan identifikasi masalah dari Mitra Sasaran UKM Handmade (TSDC Store), PKM dilaksanakan dengan dua metode kegiatan, pertama, pelatihan persiapan pengajuan green finance bagi UKM Handmade BLH. Kedua, memberikan pendampingan penerapan teknologi inovasi ramah lingkungan berupa oven pengering bagi Mitra Sasaran. Pelatihan diikuti 135 UKM Handmade Asosiasi BLH. Hasil kegiatan PKM memberikan implikasi pada perbaikan aspek manajemen yaitu terpenuhinya profil usaha untuk pengajuan green finance, serta adanya peningkatan aspek produksi yaitu peningkatan kualitas, efisiensi (reuse limbah menjadi bahan bakar)dalam mendukung green economy. Pelaksanaan PKM ini diharapkan berkontribusi dalam pencapaian SDGs (goals 8,9,12,13) dan Asta cita (3,5,6).
