Clear Cached Images and Files in Microsoft Edge

An outdated browser cache can prevent a website from loading or signing in correctly. Clearing cached images and files often resolves this problem.

   Open Microsoft Edge.

   Select the three-dot menu Settings and more in the upper-right corner.

   Choose Settings, then open Privacy, search, and services.

   Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.

   For Time range, select All time.

   Select Cached images and files. For the first attempt, other options may remain unchecked.

   Select Clear now.

   Close all Microsoft Edge windows, reopen the browser, and try signing in to JPPMI again.

• Open an Edge InPrivate window by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N, then try the login page again.
• Confirm that you are using the correct username or email address and the official JPPMI login page.
• Use the password-recovery option available on the login page if you have forgotten your password.
• Contact the journal and include your username or registered email, the time the problem occurred, browser version, and a screenshot of the error message.
