Abstract

Hipertensi dan gangguan jiwa (ODGJ) merupakan masalah kesehatan dengan prevalensi yang terus meningkat di Kabupaten Malang, khususnya di Desa Talok. Kondisi ini menuntut intervensi berbasis komunitas yang berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan perawatan diri penderita. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan model regulasi perawatan diri untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kepatuhan perawatan pada klien hipertensi dan ODGJ. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis kelompok yang melibatkan 30 klien hipertensi dan 20 klien ODGJ beserta keluarganya. Intervensi dilakukan melalui pembentukan kelompok, edukasi menggunakan modul, pendampingan, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan kategori tinggi pada klien hipertensi dari 26,7% menjadi 46,7%, sementara kategori rendah menurun dari 33,3% menjadi 13,3%. Pada klien ODGJ, pengetahuan kategori tinggi meningkat dari 10% menjadi 30% dan kategori rendah menurun dari 50% menjadi 10%. Penerapan model regulasi perawatan diri melalui edukasi terstruktur dan dukungan kelompok berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kapasitas perawatan diri klien hipertensi dan ODGJ. Pendekatan ini direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi di wilayah lain dengan dukungan keluarga, kader kesehatan, dan integrasi layanan primer guna menjamin keberlanjutan
