Screening for Plagiarism

JHNR is committed to publishing only original material. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding plagiarism and self-plagiarism.

The Journal of Health and Nutrition Research (JHNR) respects intellectual property and aims to protect and promote the original work of its authors. To ensure the integrity of the academic record, all submitted manuscripts undergo rigorous plagiarism screening before they are sent for peer review.

Detection Software

Manuscripts submitted to JHNR will be screened for plagiarism using TURNITIN (Plagiarism Detection Software).

Maximum Similarity

Every article that will be published is checked for similarity at a level of no more than 25%.

⚠️ Zero Tolerance Policy

JHNR will immediately reject papers leading to plagiarism or self-plagiarism. If a submitted manuscript is found to exceed the 25% similarity threshold without proper justification (such as legitimate quotes and references), it will be returned to the author or declined for publication.
