Pendampingan Gizi dan Kesehatan Mental dengan Pangan Lokal Bergizi pada Ibu Hamil Anemia di Wilayah Puskesmas Bojong Rawalumbu, Kota Bekasi

Anemia dan gangguan kesehatan mental seperti depresi serta kecemasan merupakan dua kondisi yang sering dialami ibu hamil dan berdampak buruk terhadap kesehatan ibu dan janin. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman ibu hamil anemia mengenai gizi dan kesehatan mental melalui pendekatan edukatif berbasis pangan lokal bergizi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Bojong Rawalumbu, Kota Bekasi, dengan melibatkan 8 ibu hamil anemia. Metode pengabdian dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dan pembagian materi edukasi. Evaluasi efektivitas dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test sebanyak 20 pertanyaan. Hasil menunjukkan adanya interaksi diskusi aktif dan peningkatan skor pengetahuan dari rata-rata 80,62 menjadi 82,22 setelah penyuluhan. Kesimpulannya, pendampingan gizi dan kesehatan mental dengan pangan lokal bergizi merupakan sarana efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil anemia. Pengabdian selanjutnya disarankan mencakup demonstrasi pengolahan pangan lokal dan sesi konsultasi kesehatan mental guna meningkatkan kesadaran emosional serta membekali keterampilan dasar dalam menghadapi stres dan kecemasan
